- • 3 Table Spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
- • ½ Cup of Water
- 1. Peel and cut the grapefruit into small pieces
- 2. Blend the grapefruit pieces together with the water
- 3. Add the apple cider vinegar and blend
- 4. Pour the mixture in a glass
- 5. Add some honey to taste
